How does the drop model work?

Each month, we release a limited collection. You have a 2-3 week window to place your pre-order. Once the window closes, we produce exactly what was ordered and ship within the stated timeframe. No restocks.

When will my order ship?

Each drop has a specific ship window (e.g., Feb 24-25). All orders from that drop ship within this window. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can modify your order (size, color, quantity) until the pre-order window closes. After that, orders are locked for production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

What's your return policy?

Since all items are made to order, we only accept returns for defective products. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. If you receive a defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Will items from past drops come back?

Past drops move to our Vault. They may return for limited 48-hour windows throughout the year, but there are no guarantees. Join our newsletter to be notified of any Vault reopenings.

How do I know my size?

Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Are your products sustainable?

Our made-to-order model means zero overproduction. We only produce what's been purchased, significantly reducing waste. We also prioritize organic and recycled materials where possible.
